Maintenance / Equipment / Reports
Explanation
Maintenance Reports are available for the user to generate detailed custom and preloaded data sheets and lists. Reports can be used for analyzing scheduling efficiency, keeping track of employee assignments, and virtually any other combination of data contained in the database. The Maintenance / Reports screen is divided into two sections. The left panel includes certain parameters that can be passed to each report (when applicable). These parameters include picklists for selection or can be left to the default of "All". The right panel of the screen provides a complete list of pre-designed reports that are available.
All reports relating to Units, Services and Work Orders are found in the Maintenance / Reports screen. Reports relating to Parts or Purchase Orders are found under their respective menu sections.

For more information on generating reports, see the Reporting section under Getting Started. Users can edit existing reports or create their own reports using the built-in report designer.
