Explanation
The API Tab in Cofiguration is used to enable or dissable both the APIs as well as Emails sent when the APIs run. Please Contact your IT to get the Backend Services installed before making any changes to this setup. Information on API setup can be found here Update and API Info all the way at the bottom
Sub System: API - This portion controls all aspects of both auto Request to Work Order as well as auto PM Services to Work Order
Sub System: CORE - This information does not need to be changed by the user and will be set up by IT
Sub System: EMAIL - Email information for sending Emails when the APIs run and Work Orders are created
